GRAZIA100.IT is freely accessible and does not require registration. During visits, the hosting service may process technical data such as IP addresses, access dates and times, and browser information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain security. Processing relies on the legitimate interest in the website's proper operation and protection (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Event reports and contact

The “Submit an event” form prepares a message in the visitor's own email programme: it does not automatically transmit data to the site. If the visitor chooses to send the email, the sender's address and the information they include are processed solely to review the report and, if appropriate, reply. Providing these details is optional; without a contact address we cannot respond. Processing relies on legitimate interest in managing received correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providers and external content

The website uses Aruba for hosting and email. Aruba may process technical data and messages to the extent needed to provide these services. Some pages load a historical portrait from Wikimedia Commons, in which case the browser may connect to Wikimedia servers under their privacy policy. Links to other sites open services operated by third parties. The website does not include advertising systems or profiling tools.

Data retention

Incoming messages are retained for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted when no longer necessary, unless legal duties or documented needs to protect rights apply. Server technical logs are kept according to the security policies and retention periods configured by the hosting provider, to be checked against the service's actual settings.

Cookies and tracking tools

The current website has no advertising, profiling or third-party analytics tools. Consent for profiling cookies is not requested because the site's code does not use them; any strictly technical hosting cookies serve only the website's operation. This policy will be updated if new tools are introduced.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, individuals may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and obtain data portability where applicable. Requests may be sent to privacy@grazia100.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The website does not use automated decision-making or visitor profiling.
